Responsible for overseeing all of SLASPA’s operations are efficient, cost effective and customer focused.

provide advice and counsel of good governance practices to the Port Council and all legal matters concerning the Authority

Assist the General Manager with coordinating the development and implementation of SLASPA’s strategic goals and objectives.

Has the overall responsibility for securing SLASPA's Plants, Equipment, Systems and all cargo .

Responsible for Financial planning and management, regularly reporting and monetary control
Adrian Hilaire
Responsible for storage and delivery of cargo, pilotage of vessels, and the management of marine activities of Saint Lucia, are conducted professionally.

Responsible for the planning, organizing and directing of all the activities of the Division of Maritime Affairs
