The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority was created as a result of the integration of the Saint Lucia Ports Authority and the Airports Division of the Ministry of Communications and Works. This merger affords SLASPA opportunities to maximize its assets and offer value added services to its stakeholders. SLASPA is managed by a General Manager, a Government appointed Board of Directors and a Senior Management Team. The well qualified team has a mandate which is described as the provision of co-ordinated and integrated services geared toward total quality management of airports and seaports as well as the provision of policy direction.
