The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA), is soliciting proposals from qualified management consulting firms for the development of a Strategic Business Plan (SBP) for the period 2023 to 2028 for the organization. This includes implementation services for project management, and subject matter expertise to leverage strategic management tools, and social impact approaches to build an effective strategic business plan for SLASPA.

The RFP includes a description of the services to be provided by respondents; the minimum content of the responses; and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses. 

All proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted by 4:00pm local Saint Lucia time on 12 June 2023 as per instructions included in the RFP document.
