Senior Manager – Information Systems

Mr. Neptune has amassed over 11 years of experience in Information Systems. He joins SLASPA’s Senior Management team after completing his most recent stint at Populus Global Solutions as a User Adoption and Experience Specialist. Mr. Neptune played a significant role in the implementation of the National Health Information System in Barbados. An initiative implemented to expand the health information capabilities to all polyclinics and hospitals throughout the island.

 

As the Senior Manager – Information Systems, Mr. Neptune will be responsible for overseeing the functions of the Information Systems department and the IS services throughout SLASPA’s facilities. In this role, his end-user expertise will assist with ensuring programs and services used and introduced to the Authority enables productivity and outstanding performance of systems and users alike.

 

Mr. Neptune holds a Master of Science Degree in Information System Management with Walden University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering with the Jose Antonio Echeverria Polytechnic Institute of Higher Education in the Republic of Cuba. He has also completed training with John Hopkins University in the United States of America, Accesstec Inc. Fredericton in Canada, and National Learning Service in Colombia.
