responsible for shaping SLASPA’s marketing strategies, cultivating new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both local and international stakeholders.

Mr. Sifflet brings a wealth of expertise to this role. He holds a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, as well as a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. His strong academic background in finance, business administration, and economics complements his extensive professional experience in strategic business development and customer relationship management.

Previously, Mr. Sifflet served as a Commercial Finance Analyst at SLASPA from 2019, where he played a key role in supporting commercial initiatives and strategic decision-making. Before joining SLASPA, he gained valuable experience in a variety of commercial sectors, including Ft. Sill Apache Casino (Lawton, Oklahoma), JQ Charles Group of Companies, Unicomer (Saint Lucia), and Heineken Saint Lucia, where he provided financial and strategic analysis to support business growth and operational efficiency.
